The Proctor Area Historical Society, located in the PACC, is once again expanding its hours during Hoghead. In addition to the regular Monday hours of 10-3, doors will be open Fri., August 14 from 10-4 and Sat., August 15 from 8-11 and after the parade from 1:30-4.

Phil Langley has been interested in trains since he was a youngster in the 1930s. He would stand alongside the railway tracks that ran through his family's ranch in Ukiah, to watch trains go by.
