Ruby winners sparkle in limelight (Welland Tribune)
October 18th, 2009 | by |PELHAM — The ruby red carpet was rolled out Friday night for the “best of the best” recognized at the 2009 Ruby Awards. Welland-Pelham Chamber of Commerce hosted its awards in style at Lookout Point Country Club — with wine, hors d’oeurves and live entertainment.
