Employees of the Vernon County Ambulance District take a newly-acquired rescue boat and motor out for a training session on Walton Lake in Nevada on Saturday. The 2011 model inflatable boat is made by Mercury and is 14.1 feet long and has a six foot beam.

A favorite train display with a lot of history will soon close its doors. After 26 years, The Old Mauch Chunk Model Train Display in Jim Thorpe, Carbon Co., will be packed up on Sunday.
