Ten operating model train displays will be featured in Sunday's 14th Haverhill Train Show, including models of trolleys that operated in the Merrimack Valley in the early 1900s. The show has taken place in the city for the past 28 years under the direction of John Muise.

Santa will be taking the train from the North Pole to Baltimore and arriving at the B and O Railroad Museum’s famed 1884 Baldwin Roundhouse on Friday at 10:30 a.m. to kick off this year’s Holiday Festival of Trains and will greet visitors throughout the day.
