STERLING Trains traversing the rolling hills of West Virginia. New River Railroad Museum visitors have witnessed that scene for more than 10 years. Im just fascinated. This is a lot of fun. This touches a lot of people, museum creator Doug Brandau said.

The public is invited to visit the Missouri Valley Model Railroad Club’s Open House to be held on Saturday, Nov. 29. This event will be held at the club’s facilities located in the basement of the old J C Penney building located at Third and Cedar streets on the southeast corner. The open house will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4:00 p.m.
