Recently Carla Burke was honored with an American Hero Award from the Cape Cod and Islands Chapter of the American Red Cross for being a Mentor/Role Model for People with Disabilities. I consider Carla a friend as well as a colleague, and admire her greatly. This recognition is well deserved!
