TriMet: Fareless Square fees, other changes in store (KGW NewsChannel 8 Portland)

PORTLAND, Ore. -- TriMet will seek a second round of service cuts this year, the agency confirmed Thursday. Bus routes were cut and MAX service frequency decreased in controversial cuts finalized just two weeks ago. Those cuts take effect in September.
