Farmpark in Kirtland presents "Railroads in the Parks" Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Highlights include model trains, a railroad-themed play area, activities, historical exhibits and more. Train whistles may soon be sounding in a room at the Plymouth County Historical Museum. The Floyd Valley Model Railroad Club, a new organization, meets each Saturday in a room in the lower level of the north end of the museum, where members are slowly constructing a model railroad layout.
